This policy sets out the terms for returns and exchanges.<\/p>\n<h2>Return period<\/h2>\n<p>You may request a return or exchange within <strong>7 days<\/strong> from the date the order is received.<\/p>\n<h2>Return acceptance conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with its accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Show the order number or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Prior approval from the store before returning the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Non-returnable products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Health and personal products after their packaging has been opened or they have been used (such as diapers, medical shampoo, pillows, mattresses and supports that have touched the body).<\/li>\n<li>Products ordered with special specifications or pre-ordered.<\/li>\n<li>Products damaged due to misuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Damaged or wrong product<\/h2>\n<p>If you receive a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, notify us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receipt with clear photos of the product and packaging, and we will replace it or refund its value;
